Welcome to our KIDS Studio

Our KIDS Dance Program

September 16 - December 16

Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays

3:00pm - 4pm: 7-10 years old

4:15pm - 5:15pm: 11+ year old

Our kids’ dance classes offer a fun and high energy dance experience combining hip hop, street dance, jazz and sprinkles of other dance genres into fun rewarding routines we will have the opportunity to share in a performance at the end of the semester.

Each session starts with a warm-up aimed at improving flexibility, coordination, and rhythm. Students are guided through foundational techniques, learning essential core moves and isolations to today’s freshest music. Our super fun and accessible choreography is the culmination of it all, building two full dance routines over the semester. While promoting teamwork and cooperation, students are also encouraged to express their individuality within the choreography, finding moments to improvise and let their personalities shine.

The end-of-semester performance will be at Dominican Oaks, a wonderful local assisted living community. Residents of DO and student’s family members will gather as the dancers showcase all they’ve learned in a joyful holiday performance.
