The Embodied Breath in-person 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training curated and led by Lead Teachers, Kayla Copeland and Vaza Racinet, PLUS expert guest teachers steeped in their area of expertise and Pleasure Point Sanctuary Staff.

Our 300 Hour Yoga and Breathwork Certification program takes you deep into the aspects of this sacred and ancient practice that create authentic healing and transformation, including:

Meet your Lead Instructor - Kayla Copeland
Hello! I am the leader of the Embodied Breath™ Yoga & Breathwork Teacher Training, an E-RYT 500 and an artist. I have my B.S. in Psychology and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Mindfulness-based Counseling Psychology. I have been honing my skills since the early 2000’s and my intention is to support you in diving deeper into the practices of yoga, yoga philosophy, mindfulness, psychology, and so much more in a beautifully meaningful way.
I have studied extensively with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City and Aimee Nitzberg in Santa Cruz, California.
I lead yoga and wellness retreats locally and abroad. My teaching focuses on mindfulness, breath awareness, and somatic experiencing while weaving in essences of Buddhist Psychology and Taoist principles. I fuse fluid movement, strength building, and a loving awareness of self.
I cannot wait to share these practices with you and watch all your growth unfold!

Hello! I am the leader of the 300hr Advanced Embodied Breath™ Yoga & Breathwork Teacher Training
I am a certified yoga instructor, occupational therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Medium of the New Earth, as well as a dedicated Women's Empowerment and Transformation Coach.
I combine my expertise in holistic healing and intuitive guidance, crafting each training based on the unique energy and needs of the room, ensuring every session is channeled and uniquely transformative.
My offerings are a powerful blend of movement, energy work, and spiritual coaching, designed to support you on your journey to empowerment, self-discovery, and deep transformation.
