Do you ever long to just let everything go and feel truly supported—by the ground, by another, by life itself?
In this grounding workshop, we will let gravity do the healing. You’ll learn how to offer Thai massage using your body weight—not your effort—to help others release deeply held tension and drop into parasympathetic rest.
Through rhythmic rocking, supported compression, and intentional stillness, we create the conditions for the nervous system to slow down, soften, and rewire. Here, we will embody trust with supportive safe touch.

What is Thai Massage?
Thai Massage is an ancient and unique healing modality with body positions similar to yoga combined with massage which follow a system of energy lines throughout the body. Sessions provide benefits of increased flexibility and range of motion, deep release of muscular tension as well as a space to practice mindfulness and breath awareness.
Everyone Welcome!
