DESCRIPTION:
As the longest night of the year arrives, we’re invited to slow down and soften into the quiet, restorative darkness. In this sacred pause, the Sun appears to stand still — a powerful threshold where the old can fall away and the first spark of new light begins to grow.
Join Katie and Treva for an immersive evening that honors this turning point. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle movement before dropping into yin shapes that nourish the water element and support the emotional balance of the kidney and bladder meridians. From this softened place, we’ll journal, reflect, and listen for what’s ready to germinate in the dark soil of our inner world.
The evening closes with sound healing and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra journey — guiding you through the symbolic descent into darkness and the slow, steady return toward light, clarity, and renewed energy.
Come rest, release, and reconnect with your inner courage as you honor the quiet power of winter and welcome the first whisper of the Sun’s rebirth.
