    DESCRIPTION:

    What is Navaratri?

Navaratri is a nine-day window in the Vedic calendar aligned with seasonal and astrological rhythms. It offers a moment to pause, release, and enter a deeper dialogue with your body, mind, and spirit.

This spring, the Navaratri Ayurvedic Cleanse provides a guided at-home journey of deep purification and attunement, aligned with eclipses, lunar movement, and the subtle intelligence of the seasons.

The cleanse unfolds in three phases, reflecting the natural arc of release, refinement, and insight. Participants may commit to three, six, or nine days, moving through the same progressive journey at a pace that fits their readiness.

    Why Cleanse?

This cleanse is guided by Kate Bentley, MA, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Instructor and Kayla Copeland, E-RYT 500, MA, Associate psychotherapist.

Kate brings decades of experience in classical Ayurvedic medicine, seasonal cleansing, and holistic education. Kayla’s work integrates yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic insight, supporting regulation of the nervous system and embodied stability. Together, they offer a grounded and well held container that bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding.

Throughout the program, participants receive clear Ayurvedic dietary guidance appropriate to the cleanse duration, herbal support recommendations aligned with each phase, guided daily practices to support digestion and nervous system balance, and live group check in calls for continuity and support.

Enrollment invites participants to choose their 3 day, 6 day, or 9 day path and commit to a focused window of seasonal renewal and realignment.
