This class is designed to help you build and stabilize your core muscles, which are crucial for maintaining correct posture, balance, and overall movement quality. Whether you're into dance or yoga or want to enhance your daily life, this class is for you. We’ll begin with dynamic warm-up movements and targeted exercises to strengthen your abdominals, back, hips, and pelvic floor muscles. You'll finish with a luxurious and relaxing stretch, leaving you feeling revitalized and ready to take on the day.
